3. Commercial Services, Student Memberships & Payment Gateway Terms

Certain features of our platform, including Student Premium Membership Plans (₹499 Starter Pass - 3 Interviews, ₹999 Pro Career Pass - 7 Virtual Mode Interviews, and ₹1,499 Elite Placement Pass - 14 Virtual Mode Interviews) for verified private job postings directory access, Associate Partner Registration plans, employer job postings, and educational test series, require payment of specified digital subscription fees:

• Pricing & Taxes: All fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable digital service taxes and GST as indicated at checkout.
• Payment Purpose: Payments collected from students are for the provision of online digital directory access to verified private corporate job listings, direct recruiter contact access, and ATS career tools.
• Payment Processing: Online payments are securely processed through authorized RBI payment gateway partners, including Razorpay. We do not capture or store your credit card numbers, CVV, or net banking passwords on our servers.
• Billing Disputes & Refunds: Any cancellations or refund claims are governed by our dedicated Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• Digital Delivery: Delivery and activation timelines for purchased services are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

4. Accuracy of Information & Government Notices

Government job vacancies, results, syllabi, and admit card notices displayed on Employment Rojgar are aggregated from official public portals for informational purposes. While we take every effort to keep details up to date, we recommend users verify crucial dates and notifications from official government gazettes or websites as detailed in our Disclaimer.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Employment Rojgar, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or inability to use the platform.
